Women of color face unique, intersectional stressors, a combination of gender and race-based stress. This workshop address de-stressing and self-care strategies, with tools for thriving in the workplace.
Since 2014, our programs have helped to empower countless students facing overwhelming challenges that impact their mental health and well-being.
